Reservations & Policies

1. Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check out time is at noon.
2. This is a non-smoking unit. You may smoke on the covered porch.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental unit. A $200 fee will be charged for unapproved pets.
4. Minimum age of renter is 25 years.
5. Damage/Reservation Deposit: There is no damage deposit required, however credit card information is obtained and kept until renter has checked out and owner verifies there is no damage to property. Renter agrees that:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Renter washes all used dishes. A minimum $25 fee will be added for unwashed dishes.
c. All keys are left in mailbox and unit is left locked.
d. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. No Early check-in or late check-out without prior consent of property owners.
6. Payment: There is no advance payment required, however we ask for credit card information along with your reservation.
7. Cancellations: A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 14 days of the arrival date may be charged one night's lodging rate of $150. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
8. Monthly Reservation Cancellations: Monthly renters must cancel sixty (60) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least forty-five (45) days prior to check-in.
9. Minimum stays may be required during holiday or event periods.
10. Inclusive Fees: Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
11. No daily maid service: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
12. Rate Changes: Rates subject to change without notice.
13. Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
14. Written Exceptions: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
15. Storm Policy/Road Conditions: No refunds will be given for storms. We do not refund due to road conditions.
16. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

For all stays less than 30 days a tax of 9.9% will be added.
